​Gaadibuk provides an online marketplace for vehicle listings, rental inquiries, and lead generation (the “Service”). By using this Service, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must discontinue the use of our platform immediately.

​2. ROLE OF GAADIBUK (Intermediary Disclaimer)

​Gaadibuk is NOT a rental agency or a vehicle owner. We act solely as a bridge (intermediary) between Vehicle Owners/Service Providers and Customers.

  • ​We do not own, inspect, or maintain any vehicles listed on the site.
  • ​We do not employ the drivers listed by owners.
  • ​The contract for rental is strictly between the User (Renter) and the Owner (Provider).
  • Users listing private vehicles for information purposes must comply with local transportation laws. Gaadibuk does not endorse or facilitate the commercial use of private vehicles.”

​3. USER OBLIGATIONS & VERIFICATION

​To ensure safety and quality, all users agree to the following:

  • ​For Renters: It is your absolute responsibility to verify the vehicle’s condition, valid Insurance, RC (Registration Certificate), and the Driver’s License before handing over any money or starting a trip.
  • ​For Owners: You must provide truthful and accurate information about your vehicle. You must possess all legal permits required by Indian law to rent out a vehicle.
  • ​Identity: Users must not provide fake names or contact details.
  • Gaadibuk does not physically verify the vehicles or the character of the drivers. We are a search platform, not a background verification agency.”

​4. CONTENT & LISTINGS

​All photos, text, and pricing details posted on Gaadibuk are the responsibility of the person who posted them.

  • ​Gaadibuk does not guarantee the accuracy of any listing.
  • ​We reserve the right to delete or modify any listing that we find offensive, fraudulent, or in violation of our “Conduct” rules without prior notice.

​5. PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

  • ​Gaadibuk may charge a fee for listings or lead generation. These fees are for the use of the platform and are non-refundable.
  • ​Offline Transactions: Any cash or online payment made directly to a vehicle owner/driver is at the user’s own risk. Gaadibuk will not be involved in disputes regarding refunds, overcharging, or “booking amounts” paid to third parties.

​6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY (Crucial for Your Protection)

​To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gaadibuk, its owners, and employees shall NOT be liable for:

  • ​Accidents & Injuries: Any physical harm, accidents, or death occurring during the use of a vehicle found through our site.
  • ​Illegal Acts: Any criminal activity or misuse of the vehicle by the renter or the owner.
  • ​Vehicle Damage: Any mechanical failure, theft, or damage to the vehicle.
  • ​Cancellations: Loss of time or money due to last-minute cancellations by either party.

​7. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

​Users agree NOT to:

  • ​Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to transport illegal goods.
  • ​Post “Spam” or duplicate listings.
  • ​Use automated bots to scrape data from Gaadibuk.
  • ​Harass or “stalk” other users once contact information is shared.

​8. DATA SHARING FOR LEADS

​By submitting an inquiry, you authorize Gaadibuk to share your contact information with the relevant vehicle provider to facilitate your request. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details on how we handle your data.

​9. MODIFICATIONS TO AGREEMENT

​We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Your continued use of the site signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.

​10. INDEMNIFICATION

​You agree to indemnify and hold Gaadibuk harmless from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the Service, or your violation of any third-party rights.

​11. TERMINATION

​Gaadibuk reserves the right to block your IP address, delete your account, or ban you from the platform if we believe you are violating these Terms or harming the community’s trust.

​12. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
